This is a private, single-user application. It is not offered to the public, has no user accounts, and authorizes exactly one Google account — the developer’s own. There is nothing here for anyone else to sign up for.

What this application does

It connects one Gmail mailbox, belonging to the developer, to the developer’s own AI assistant so that assistant can summarise incoming mail each morning, apply organisational labels, and prepare draft replies for the developer to review.

What Google user data it accesses

Using the gmail.modify scope, it reads message metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date, labels) and message bodies, lists and applies labels, and creates drafts, in the single authorized mailbox only.

It cannot send, delete, trash or report mail as spam. No tool for those operations exists in the application, by design.

How the data is used

Solely to produce a daily summary and draft replies for the one person who owns the mailbox. The data is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics, training any model, or any purpose unrelated to that summary. It is never sold or transferred, and there are no other users to share it with.

Storage and retention

Message content is not stored. The application holds no database. Data is fetched from the Gmail API, used to answer one request, and discarded when that request ends.
The Google OAuth refresh token is held as an encrypted environment variable with the hosting provider (Vercel) and is never written to the application’s source code or logs.
The resulting summaries are delivered to the mailbox owner and stored only in his own Google account.

Service providers

The application runs on Vercel, which hosts the code. Mail content is passed to Anthropic’s Claude, the assistant that produces the summary at the owner’s request. No other third party receives this data. There is no analytics, tracking or advertising code on this site.

Limited Use disclosure

This application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

The mailbox owner can revoke this application’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Access stops immediately and no further data can be read.

Children

This application is not directed at children and has no users other than its developer.
